About the Role

Viatris is seeking a highly skilled Veeva CRM Manager to join our Global IT Commercial Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technology solutions that support our Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems, including Salesforce and Veeva.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical solutioning for Veeva CRM, working closely with the development team to improve functionality and resolve technical challenges.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to understand development and code changes, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM systems.
  • Review business processes and provide technical solutions to solve problems in CRM, driving technical conversations to streamline our global CRM landscape.
  • Collaborate with development resources throughout the entire lifecycle, fluent in agile and waterfall delivery, to get the most value from the platform.
  • Act as an internal consultant, serving as a subject matter expert for CRM, and lead conversations about the functionality offered currently and what could be solutioned for the future.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, Information Technology, or CIS, SFA, CRM.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Veeva CRM and 7 years of development experience on SFDC.
  • SFDC Admin or Veeva CRM or Vault Certification is a plus.
  • Advanced level of English.
