About the Role

The Veeva CRM Manager is a key position within the Global IT Commercial Development team, responsible for overseeing the technical solutions that support our Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce and Veeva CRM, with experience in managing digital channels in SFA and integrating with Omnichannel platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical solutioning for Veeva CRM
  • Work with the team to improve functionality challenges
  • Engage with third-party vendors to understand development and code changes
  • Review business processes and offer technical solutions to solve problems in CRM
  • Play the lead technical role for Veeva CRM, reviewing business requirements and proposing solutions to the development teams
  • Work with development resources throughout the entire lifecycle, fluent in agile and waterfall delivery
  • Responsible for the design and documentation associated with the CRM system
  • Serve as an internal consultant, improving processes and identifying opportunities for innovation through building and maintaining relationships with functional leaders
  • Collaborate and engage with technical support teams for resolving application-level issues impacting business partner operations
About Your Skills & Experience

We're looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in Salesforce and Veeva CRM, with at least 7 years of experience in development and administration.

Advanced level of English is required.
