About the Role

The Veeva CRM Manager is a key position within the Global IT Commercial Development team, responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems, including Salesforce and Veeva CRM.

This role will manage digital channels in SFA, such as Remote Engagement, Rep Triggered Email, and integration with Omnichannel platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical solutioning and improve functionality challenges
  • Engage with third-party vendors to understand development and code changes
  • Review business processes and offer technical solutions to solve problems in CRM
  • Play the lead technical role for Veeva CRM, reviewing business requirements, proposing solutions, and driving technical conversations
  • Work with development resources throughout the entire lifecycle, fluent in agile and waterfall delivery
  • Responsible for the design and documentation associated with the CRM system
  • Serve as an internal consultant, improving processes and identifying opportunities for innovation
  • Collaborate and engage with technical support teams for resolving application-level issues
  • Contribute to the solutioning of business needs for desired capabilities within the enhancement process
About Your Skills and Experience

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and development experience. A Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Technology, or a related field is required. At least 7 years of experience with Veeva CRM and 7 years of development experience on SFDC are necessary. SFDC Admin or Veeva CRM or Vault Certification is a plus.
