About the Role

The Veeva CRM Manager is a key position within the Global IT Commercial Development team, serving as the technical expert for the CRM systems. This role manages the technology solutions that support our Sales Force Automation (SFA), including but not limited to Salesforce and Veeva. The candidate must be technically sound in Salesforce and Veeva CRM.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical solutioning and work with the team to improve functionality challenges.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to understand development and code changes.
  • Review business processes and offer technical solutions to solve problems in CRM.
  • Play the lead technical role for Veeva CRM by reviewing business requirements, proposing solutions to the development teams, and performing technical Proof of Concept.
  • Work with development resources throughout the entire lifecycle, fluent in agile and waterfall delivery.
  • Responsible for the design and documentation associated with the role.
  • Act as an IT liaison to the business, serving as an internal consultant to improve processes and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the CRM, able to lead conversations about the functionality offered currently and what could be solutioned for future.
  • Review business requirements by understanding business needs for various modules in SFA solution and document the design.
  • Collaborate and engage with appropriate technical support teams for resolving application-level issues impacting business partner operations.
  • Contribute to the solutioning of business needs for desired capabilities within the enhancement process.
  • Support the operational Viatris run team to facilitate discussions with Business as needed to solution an issue, drafting work instruction documentation.
About Your Skills & Experience

We're looking for a candidate with an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, Information Technology, or CIS, SFA, CRM.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Veeva CRM.
  • At least 7 years of development experience on SFDC.
  • SFDC Admin or Veeva CRM or Vault Certification is a plus.
  • Advanced level of English.
