About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Solution Architect to join our team at Novartis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our current and future CRM solutions, used by over 50,000 users globally.

Your extensive knowledge of CRM solutions in the pharmaceutical industry and your ability to balance standardization and customization will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the high-level architecture and detailed solution design of our CRM applications
  • Coach and guide technical design experts and developers on their daily activities
  • Design and implement processes to build harmonized global solutions
  • Liaise with partners to bring innovative solutions to the table
  • Evaluate data integration patterns and propose solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience designing and implementing Veeva-based solutions in a multi-country environment
  • Hands-on experience as a main solution design/architecture role for CRM implementations
  • Extensive experience with Veeva CRM software, Salesforce metadata API, and SFDX
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of related technologies such as SQL, SOQL, REST, and HTML5
