About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join our Contact Center product line team at Roche.

The Contact Center product line covers a range of generic products, including call management, integration of communication channels, resource management, and AI capabilities.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing global platforms according to enterprise standards, researching and evaluating new technologies, and developing architectural strategies and roadmaps.

Your Responsibilities
  • Designing global platforms according to enterprise standards
  • Researching and evaluating new technologies
  • Developing architectural strategies and roadmaps
  • Partnering with the Infrastructure team, CRM teams, and engineers to ensure technical requirements are secure
  • Experience in architecting, building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-grade systems/applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and architecture
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in the following areas/technologies: Cisco telephony & telecommunications, Workforce Engagement Management (WEM), and Contact Center operations
