About the Role

We're seeking a talented CRM Manager to join our Connected Consumer Engagement team in Madrid. As a key member of our digital transformation journey, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing successful CRM strategies that drive sales conversion, customer loyalty, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement automated consumer lifecycle programs that drive sales conversion and repeat purchase
  • Partner with internal brand, creative, and content agency teams to deliver data-driven and personalized campaigns across CRM channels and paid media
  • Gather and activate consumer data in compliance with local and European data privacy policies
  • Work with our legal, data, and dev teams to build secure data capture forms for acquisition activities
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to inform strategy and drive higher consumer engagement and sales conversion
  • Champion tracking, tagging, and taxonomy to ensure seamless analysis and rollout of key findings
  • Analyze campaigns and activities, sharing results with key partners
  • Align with brand teams on data activation in media and other use cases, adjusting privacy policies and preference centers as needed
  • Upskill internal and agency teams on marketing automation tools to maximize CRM and marketing technology potential
  • Ensure each campaign is fully aligned with GDPR, regulatory, and interpersonal standards, with robust safeguards for consumer data

About You

We're looking for a candidate with significant experience in CRM and digital marketing, ideally at a manager level. You should have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies, with experience in managing automated consumer lifecycle programs, personalized communication campaigns, and data-driven insights to inform strategy.
