About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Marketing Specialist to join our team at Walters People. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan that drives customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy and communications plan.
  • Refine our multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Support the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all customer touch-points.
  • Define key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed.
  • Develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue.
  • Leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing insights.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc).
  • Proficient in HTML.
  • Good copywriting skills.
  • The ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue.
  • Knowledge of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing insights.
  • Commercial savvy, analytical, and data-driven skills.
  • Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
  • The ability to optimize, prioritize, and organize your time.
  • The ability to carry out a high pace of work.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • The ability to potentiate teamwork and keep everyone in the team motivated.
