About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Marketing Specialist to join our team at Walters People. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan that drives customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy and communications plan.
- Refine our multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Support the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all customer touch-points.
- Define key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness.
- Ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed.
- Develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue.
- Leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing insights.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2-3 years of experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc).
- Proficient in HTML.
- Good copywriting skills.
- The ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue.
- Knowledge of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing insights.
- Commercial savvy, analytical, and data-driven skills.
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
- The ability to optimize, prioritize, and organize your time.
- The ability to carry out a high pace of work.
- Fluent English language skills.
- The ability to potentiate teamwork and keep everyone in the team motivated.
