HubSpot CRM Optimization Specialist
We're seeking a highly motivated HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce SaaS product team, you will be responsible for optimizing our HubSpot platform to support sales, marketing, and customer service success. Your expertise in HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub, will be crucial in analyzing and optimizing existing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM and its various modules.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and consistency within HubSpot by implementing data import best practices and conducting regular data cleansing.
- Campaign Management: Execute targeted marketing campaigns within HubSpot to nurture leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Reporting & Analytics: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with HubSpot CRM in a professional setting.
- Proven track record of successfully streamlining and optimizing CRM workflows.
