En la posición de CRM Specialist, trabajarás en el desarrollo y personalización de soluciones en Salesforce, Hubspot y otras plataformas de CRM.
Especificaciones del trabajo- Implementar y configurar integraciones con otras herramientas y plataformas externas.
- Gestionar y optimizar el rendimiento del CRM, garantizando implementaciones de alta calidad.
- Colaborar con el equipo de negocio para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos del CRM.
- Diseñar y realizar pruebas de calidad para asegurar el funcionamiento correcto de las soluciones desarrolladas.
- Ofrecer apoyo técnico y funcional durante las fases de implementación y mantenimiento del producto.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años trabajando con la plataforma Salesforce, incluyendo desarrollo con Apex, Visualforce y/o Componentes Lightning.
- Conocimientos de administración de Salesforce y configuración avanzada de flujo de trabajo, procesos de aprobación y permisos.
- Experiencia en integrar Salesforce con sistemas externos utilizando APIs y servicios web (REST/SOAP).
- Habilidades analíticas y resolución de problemas técnicos fuertes.
- Familiaridad con SQL y experiencia en operaciones de base de datos.
