CRM Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced CRM Systems Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Sales Enablement Professional, you will play a key role in driving sales growth through data-driven insights and CRM optimization.
You will be responsible for administering our HubSpot platform, overseeing data integrity and accuracy, and leading initiatives to refine and enhance CRM and sales enablement processes.
Responsibilities:- Customize and maintain CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to provide real-time insights into sales activities and performance.
- Manage user permissions, custom objects, workflows, sequences, and deal pipelines to align with business objectives.
- Design and improve sales workflows tailored to B2B processes, focusing on streamlining multi-touchpoint sales cycles and reducing friction.
- Implement NPS surveys to capture customer feedback, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise between B2B sales teams, marketing, product development, and IT to align CRM and sales enablement strategies with business objectives.

What We Offer- $90,000 - $120,000 annual salary based on candidate expertise.
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

- Work mode: 2 days in the office + 3 days remote.
- Location: Madrid, Cuzco area.
