About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team at FeverUp. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel CRM strategy that leverages email, push notifications, and in-app messages to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Refine our comms and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience, applying best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest CRM trends.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and develop contact strategies across all customer touch-points.
  • Define key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed, with a focus on insight-driven and measurable results.
  • Own the weekly/monthly reporting and ad-hoc deep dives to inform business decisions.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Marketing Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing and CRM. You should have:

2-3 years of experience working in digital marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments.Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc).Proficient in HTML.Good copywriting skills.The ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue.Knowledge of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing insights.Commercial acumen, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach.Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.The ability to work at a high pace and communicate effectively in English.
