We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Manager to join our international and cross-functional team. As a Crm Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing all Crm activities, marketing content initiatives, across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a successful Crm strategy leveraging all available user bases.
- Develop unique content for our Crm strategy, products, initiatives, and different channels.
- Publish high-quality content that aligns with our content strategy and short-term and long-term marketing goals.
- Promote content through Crm and social media channels.
- Provide and contribute to the requirements and specifications for Crm and content-related projects.
- Track performance and progress using qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure the success of initiatives.
- Communicate and evangelize Crm and content strategy throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Crm strategy and implementation.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and digital engagement.
