Position: Senior Treasury Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: As a Senior Treasury Manager in our Madrid office, you will oversee all facets of our internal and external financing operations while supporting the organization's credit management and working capital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the capital markets sourcing strategy for the organization, determining optimal timing and methods for securing or repaying external financing.
- Lead negotiations and issuance of new bonds and other debt capital market instruments.
- Oversee the management of the organization's syndicated revolving credit facility (RCF) and other significant loan facilities, including negotiations, renewals, and reporting.
- Manage intercompany financing activities, including loans, dividends, and capital injections from initiation to execution.
- Conduct capital structure assessments for subsidiaries and recommend necessary actions.
- Evaluate the organization's M&A capacity.
- Maintain active communication with rating analysts and monitor key parameters relevant to their assessments.
- Collaborate with Group Accounting to calculate the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) for the organization.
- Enhance and uphold the global framework for customer credit risk management.
- Support customer credit risk management processes, including evaluating and managing global service contracts with external credit rating agencies.
- Identify and implement improvements to the organization's net working capital management.
- Supervise a direct report serving as Global Process Owner for Credit Management & Working Capital Specialist.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Banking and Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably within an international industrial organization.
- Proficiency in corporate treasury solutions (e.g., Bloomberg) and SW systems.
- Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
- Highly organized, structured, and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior management, finance colleagues, and banking partners.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
