As a pivotal figure in this greenfield initiative, the Treasury Manager will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Management & Risk Oversight
- Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management and banking partnerships.
- Manage global cash flow, ensuring adequate funding for capital expenditures, acquisitions, and operational requirements.
- Provide documentation and insights for treasury-related accounting activities, audits, and special inquiries.
- Assist in creating short-term cash forecasts and support long-term financial modeling efforts.
- Resolve payment discrepancies across finance, treasury systems, and banking channels.
- Drive initiatives for process enhancement and automation.
- Lead special projects and conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.
- Foster and maintain relationships with banking institutions.
- Open and close bank accounts, ensuring compliance with KYC regulations.
- Evaluate and implement suitable tools and systems for Corporate Treasury.
- Develop and recommend new treasury strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate internal treasury reporting.
- Act as the primary contact for day-to-day inquiries from stakeholders.
- Guarantee departmental compliance with SOX regulations, including updates to controls and documentation.
- Support compliance with debt covenants, ensuring timely payments and tracking lender activities.
Equity Management
- Administer the Company’s equity awards, ensuring accurate processing of grants and options.
- Maintain equity administration databases, generating reports as required.
- Oversee the relationship with third-party equity administration vendors.
- Track the accuracy of the Company’s Capital table and shareholder movements.
- Collaborate with shareholders and the transfer agent on equity-related requests.
- Facilitate the execution of documents for equity-related transactions.
- Support the accounting, taxation, and reporting of employee stock-based compensation.
- Assist with periodic share reconciliations.
- Engage in special projects and procedural enhancements as necessary.
Insurance Management
- Assist in preparing the annual insurance budget and cash planning.
- Coordinate the annual insurance renewal process.
- Manage the issuance of certificates of insurance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Provide necessary data for annual insurance renewals.
- Prepare materials for the annual insurance program review for the Audit Committee.
- Process insurance claims and coordinate with the Legal Department.
- Review insurance policies and make recommendations regarding terms and limits.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or treasury.
- At least 5 years of experience specifically in corporate treasury.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CTP, or CFA are preferred.
- Familiarity with web-based banking platforms and treasury workstations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Experience in building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
