About the Role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions S.A.U. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to support our Huawei business in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and expanding our strategic plan and relationship with Huawei, ensuring business alignment, executive sponsorship, and development of the vendor within Arrow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and investment initiatives to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Huawei's Distribution and Channel Managers, as well as support executive-level peering.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes for Huawei in scope, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve financial and business goals, identifying new business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, customers, products, and services to identify new revenue streams and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong background in IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent knowledge of the infrastructure channel and key players, with a proven track record of building and developing strategic business relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and native Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and business growth.
