Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support our Arrow ECS Spain business in driving and expanding the overall strategic plan and relationship with Huawei as our focus vendor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and investment initiatives to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Huawei's Distribution and Channel Managers, as well as support executive-level peering.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes for Huawei in scope.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve financial and business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position within business development IT infrastructure environment.
  • Strong experience in the infrastructure channel, with knowledge of key players.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Experience in product demos, commercial presentations, and showcasing added value.
  • Good knowledge of the market and understanding of the added value provided by a distributor to the channel.
  • Effective communication with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and native Spanish.
