Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Finance Business Partner to join our team at Bunge Iberica SA. As an Industrial Operations Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in collaborating with industrial leaders to understand business challenges and needs, and provide insights and improvements that will benefit the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Ensure correct financial accounting reporting of industrial expenses monthly, prepare accrual of variable cost to be booked by GL team, and build monthly forecast of plant industrial cost.
- Business Planning: Lead the preparation of yearly Business Plan (BP) of plant industrial expenses, including variable, fixed, and depreciation costs.
- Process Improvement: Drive the preparation of new initiatives and post-implementation reviews, and support Business Finance Partners in identifying and validating projects resulting in added profit and/or cost savings.
- Inventory Management: Manage, control, and document inventory counts (commodities and spare parts).
- Process Standardization: Work with other plant Industrial Finance Partners to standardize processes amongst the market and value chain.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
- Experience: Up to 2 years previous work experience and international exposure is seen as an advantage.
- Skills: Ease of learning SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge: Knowledgeable about international company procedures and compliance issues, having a global view of the business.
