Arrow Iberia Electronica SLU is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer IP&E to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion and accelerating sales and profit growth within the IP&E technology segment.
Key Responsibilities- Market Development: Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Business Strategy**: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Product Development**: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs.
- Supplier Management**: Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Communication**: Develop and execute communication plans to promote products and services to customers and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Reporting**: Provide regular reports to management on market development progress and business results.
- Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or product management.
- Industry Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the electronics industry and IP&E technology segment.
- Business Acumen**: Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business problems.
- Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Language Skills**: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Travel**: Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and suppliers.
