Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Refined Oils Trader to join our team at Bunge Iberica SA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the refined oils market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and negotiate sales agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Manage customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies to drive growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the commercial, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Meet sales targets: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience: Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the refined oils market.
- University degree: Bachelor's degree in business, agricultural sciences, or a related field.
- Language skills: Fluent Spanish and English, with additional languages (French, Catalan) a plus.
- Driving license: Valid driver's license.
- Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
