About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving and expanding the overall strategic plan and relationship with assigned Cybersecurity vendors, ensuring business alignment, executive sponsorship, and development of the vendor within Arrow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and investment initiatives to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline process for assigned vendors to ensure accurate sales projections and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve financial and business goals, including sales targets, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar position within business development IT Security environment.
  • Strong experience in the Cybersecurity channel and knowledge of key players.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Experience in product demos, commercial presentations, and showing added value.
  • Good knowledge of the market and understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel.
  • Effective communication with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and native Spanish.
