We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer IP&E to join our team at Arrow Iberia Electronica SLU. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion and accelerating sales and profit growth within the IP&E technology segment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive solution programs to drive market, sales, and profit growth within assigned markets or business segments.
- Specialize in key market segments and technologies, conducting business strategy activities to include total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the Business Unit on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities to support assigned markets.
- Work with suppliers, product management, and other product and engineering resources to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities.
- Create, gain approvals for, and execute comprehensive products and service offers.
- Contribute to the development of communication programs and materials for use in business development.
- Evaluate, recommend, and manage supplier and channel programs within assigned markets.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs aimed to drive increased market share and visibility for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.
- Build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers.
- Make joint calls with Arrow and supplier sales personnel where strategically and tactically appropriate.
- Experience in the electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in sales, engineering, marketing, or product management.
- Experience in IP&E technologies.
- Strong sales skills.
- Full driving license and readiness for business travel.
- English language skills - fluent in writing and spoken.
- Spanish language skills (native or C1).
- Expertise in engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Track record in delivering results in market/segment management or development of comprehensive solutions offers in business-to-business industry.
- Understanding of performance measurement tools and technology.
- Demonstration of project/team leadership and collaboration skills.
