Position Overview

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS)

Arrow ECS is a global leader in technology enablement, specializing in value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services for top technology manufacturers and their partners in commercial and government sectors.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager focused on enhancing our strategic partnership with Huawei. This role is pivotal in driving Arrow ECS Spain's business objectives, ensuring alignment with Huawei's goals, and fostering executive sponsorship to enhance vendor growth within Arrow.

This position is primarily focused on the Catalonia region and offers the flexibility of remote work for candidates based in the area.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Cultivating strategic relationships with Huawei's distribution and channel managers,
  • Leading the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies and investment initiatives,
  • Managing the forecasting and pipeline processes for your designated vendor,
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve financial and operational objectives,
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across markets, trends, and customer segments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a business development role within the IT infrastructure sector,
  • Strong background in the infrastructure channel with knowledge of key industry players,
  • Ability to establish and nurture strategic business relationships,
  • Experience in delivering product demonstrations and commercial presentations that highlight value,
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and the role of distributors in the channel,
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels,
  • Proficiency in English and native-level Spanish.
