Position Overview: Senior Compliance Manager, Global Quality Specialties

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Oversee and support Quality strategies for the Specialties division, ensuring alignment with Global Quality Policies and strategic objectives.

* Provide oversight for quality processes in accordance with current GMP regulations and internal performance metrics specific to the specialties sector.

* Supervise testing and release activities to guarantee timely product releases in compliance with registered marketing authorization requirements.

* Monitor and evaluate quality performance, assist in developing mitigation strategies, and facilitate the implementation of quality and productivity enhancement initiatives within the Quality organizations of the Specialties division.

* Deliver training and contribute to the development of Quality personnel capabilities within the Specialties division.

* Continuously assess the QA and QC performance of departmental sites, identify improvement areas, and collaborate with SQH to implement corrective actions.

* Support the development, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of Quality processes within the Specialties division.

* Regularly evaluate the compliance levels of internal and external sites within the Specialties division, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist in executing necessary remediation plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in biologics/biosimilars, pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a Quality organization.

* Several years of experience in a Quality leadership role.

* Extensive experience with biologics/biosimilar/specialties manufacturing environments.

* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

* Strong communication skills.

* Additional qualifications in Change Management, Project Management, 6-Sigma, or Lean Processes are desirable.
