Your Responsibilities at BizAway● Drive negotiations with prospective clients from initial contact to contract signing (As a Team Lead, you will manage a personal sales target).
● Showcase our solutions to a diverse audience, including C-Level executives, HR Directors, Office Managers, and Travel Managers.
● Conduct live demonstrations of our platform for qualified leads.
- Execute outbound marketing initiatives through phone calls, emails, and various communication channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
● Anticipate Sales Revenue, providing comprehensive visibility into your (and your team's) sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team to enhance pipeline quality through a constructive feedback loop.
Your Essential Qualifications
● Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a high-achieving Account Executive in a technology-focused organization.
● A results-oriented mindset: you understand that your achievements are driven by your efforts.
● Ambition: you embrace challenges and strive to elevate your performance consistently.
● Initiative: you actively seek out value-adding solutions and are open to learning from mistakes.

Additional Skills of Interest
● Proficiency in any of the following languages is advantageous: Dutch, German, French, Polish, Czech, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian.
