The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst to join our Strategy and Planning team, part of our broader Sales Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will help drive the analytical rhythm of our business, partner with Senior Sales leadership to drive market and segment-specific analyses, and become an expert in business and compensation rules to fully understand how Sales operates.
Responsibilities- Analyze inefficient business rules and pilot new sales roles to optimize for obstacles in the sales process
- Partner with Senior Sales leadership to drive market and segment-specific analyses to uncover insights
- Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles and compensation plans
- Participate in quarterly and annual business planning for the Sales teams
- Collaborate with various business units to drive productivity and headcount scenario analyses
- Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
- 5+ years of work experience in either Sales Strategy/Consulting/Sales Operations/Analytics
- Effective communicator who can break down convoluted technical concepts into simple business vernacular
- Ability to write SQL queries to extract data needed for analysis
- Experience with at least one major business intelligence tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker)
- Familiarity with databases and the differences between relational and non-relational databases
- Ability to navigate Salesforce with relative ease
This role can be based in either our London, Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam, or Dublin office. As a Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and impact, while working with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about innovation and customer success.
