We zoeken een gepassioneerde probleemoplosser die graag anderen helpt. Als klantenservice medewerker bij Webhelp werk je in een dynamische, plezierige omgeving omringd door toegewijde en deskundige collega's.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Klanten helpen met vragen over bestellingen
  • Telefoontjes van winkels afhandelen en deze correct registreren in ons ticketsysteem
  • Altijd streven naar een top klantenservice
  • Werken volgens de voorgeschreven procedures binnen het project
  • Eventueel doorgroeien naar het Social Media of Dedicated Service Team
  • Samenwerken met andere teamplayers en effectief communiceren via verschillende kanalen
  • Gestelde targets behalen
Werkomgeving
  • Competitief salaris van €17500 bruto per jaar, plus tot €1800 bruto per jaar aan bonussen
  • Betaalde opleiding en vakantie (4 weken + 4 losse dagen per kalenderjaar)
  • Volledig Spaans contract vanaf dag één. (waardoor je onmiddellijk alle voordelen hebt binnen de Spaanse overheidssystemen, zoals gratis gezondheidszorg etc)
  • Een modern, ruim en open kantoor
  • Wisselende werktijden: maandag tot vrijdag shifts tussen 08:00 en 18:00, op zaterdag van 09:00 tot 17:00 (minstens twee vrije weekenden per maand)
