GTM Practice Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned GTM Practice Solutions Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for participating in the delivery of solution design, configuration, and escalated problem management of solutions and services in client environments.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Solution Design: Participate in the creation and delivery of technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
- Technical Support: Offer detailed technical support in the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, propose technical solutions, and provide a high-level design of technical or service solutions to meet the client's requirements.
- User Support: Provide user support and assist with troubleshooting and design, configuration, and escalated problem management.
- Technical Training: Participate in the development of technical training and training programs.
- Proposal Development: Identify opportunities and contribute subject matter expertise to the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of low complexity.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the solution roadmap and milestones.
- Strategic Projects: Work on strategic projects that enhance current solution concepts and/or the creation of new ones.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to evaluate and activate new accounts.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the knowledge base of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learnt with clients.
- Client Understanding: Understand the client's environment, business needs, and provide expertise and consulting on the relevant solutions.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with vendors to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other related task as required.
- Seasoned Experience: Seasoned experience in a similar role within a related global technology services environment.
- Technical Expertise: Seasoned experience working across multiple technology domains.
- Project Management: Seasoned project management experience.
- Client Interaction: Seasoned experience working with clients to understand their requirements and define appropriate solutions.
