Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TLC Worldwide. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and growing existing ones to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and business expansion.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles, including sales strategy, market analysis, and financial management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
