About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Galderma as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This role will be responsible for partnering with the Reward CoE to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of policies, data, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Reward team to develop and maintain well-defined processes and policies.
- Manage training and awareness programs for PSC team members on process updates and policy changes.
- Work closely with the Reward team to create, adopt, and publish policies.
- Support the Annual Year-end process for Merit, Bonus, and LTI.
- Be operationally responsible for Mobility, including process development and employee experience.
- Contribute to the Global Compensation strategy and work with HRIS/ADMS to ensure Galderma manages global elements of Pay in Workday.
- Ensure accurate reporting of equity-related income and taxes withheld for individual employees and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Partner with Genpact to ensure high-quality results and solutions are maintained and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Strong background in HR Operations.
- Effective experience in Total Rewards.
- Experience in mapping and process management.
- Ability to operate and manage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Ideal experience in Workday.
