Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

North Search is a global talent consulting firm that partners with companies in transformation, helping them build a solid and innovative talent potential.

We are working with a leading financial services company in a growth phase, and we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to analyze and define compensation and salary structures based on job descriptions, to redefine compensation and benefits policies for employees.

The successful candidate will also collaborate on strategic projects such as job architecture and equality plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in the maintenance of job valuations, preserving transversal and vertical coherence.
  • Participate in meetings with Directors to understand the needs of each Director.
  • Help identify, value, and establish improvement plans and/or projects for processes where there is room for optimization and efficiency improvement.
  • Ensure constant review of compliance with legal requirements in matters of salary transparency, equality plans, remuneration records, salary gap, etc.
  • Provide support in participating in market salary surveys.
  • Assist in the process of consolidating information for salary review processes.
Requirements:
  • Valuable specific training in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Experience of more than 3 years in compensation consulting or in HR departments in companies, preferably companies with labor complexity in the role of Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
  • Experience analyzing and defining compensation policies and salary structures based on job descriptions to redefine compensation and benefits policies for employees.
  • Valuable knowledge of valuation methodologies.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in managing databases.
  • Advanced level of Excel.
