About the Role
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing competitive and cost-efficient compensation and benefits programs that support employee retention and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Provide research and analytical support in the design and administration of strategic reward programs, including merit and bonus payouts.
- Oversee the administration of mobility provisions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage local compensation and benefits surveys to obtain market data and inform program design.
- Educate local HR teams on best practices in compensation and benefits administration.
- Manage audits and ensure data integrity in various systems.
- Conduct regular competitive market analysis and provide recommendations for program improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of compensation and benefits reporting requirements.
- Develop and implement recognition and rewards programs that promote fairness and consistency.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of HR systems, including HR SAP and Success Factor.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
