About the Role

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing competitive and cost-efficient compensation and benefits programs that support employee retention and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the development of a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Provide research and analytical support in the design and administration of strategic reward programs, including merit and bonus payouts.
  3. Oversee the administration of mobility provisions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  4. Manage local compensation and benefits surveys to obtain market data and inform program design.
  5. Educate local HR teams on best practices in compensation and benefits administration.
  6. Manage audits and ensure data integrity in various systems.
  7. Conduct regular competitive market analysis and provide recommendations for program improvements.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate completion of compensation and benefits reporting requirements.
  9. Develop and implement recognition and rewards programs that promote fairness and consistency.

Requirements

  1. 2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
  4. Knowledge of HR systems, including HR SAP and Success Factor.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
