Job Title: Global Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Specialist to join our team at Havas Media Group Spain Sau. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for designing and developing compensation policies, analyzing remuneration schemes, and managing relationships with external compensation consulting companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop compensation policies and programs
  • Analyze and report on internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Manage relationships with external compensation consulting companies
  • Lead and manage compensation projects for the entire organization
  • Train line managers on HR and compensation policies
  • Perform job valuations using multiple methodologies
  • Develop dashboards and reports to analyze HR data and extract meaningful insights
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business English
  • Specialized training or certification in compensation and benefits programs is desirable
  • Previous experience in compensation and benefits within multinational environments is advantageous
