Job Title: Compensation SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our People team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing our compensation internationally, driving innovative compensation strategies, and implementing process automation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage compensation internationally, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and equity.
- Develop and implement innovative compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Deploy and manage the yearly compensation review process worldwide, optimizing processes and ensuring data accuracy.
- Manage bonus payouts and equity attributions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with the People team to create and maintain compensation-related documents and policies.
- Ensure internal equity and competitiveness, updating compensation ranges as needed.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team on offer definition and compensation-related questions.
- Participate in salary surveys and provide benchmarks to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to global projects, such as benefits setup, budget definition, and ad-hoc analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, with a deep understanding of C&B practices.
- Proven track record of working in fast-growing, international environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel/Gsheet, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
- English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global context.
