Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our People team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in managing our compensation strategy, ensuring internal equity and competitiveness, and driving process automation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage international compensation, including salary reviews and bonus payouts
  • Develop and implement innovative compensation strategies
  • Deploy and manage compensation review processes worldwide
  • Manage equity attributions, tools, and exercising processes
  • Co-create compensation and benefits supporting documents
  • Ensure internal equity and competitiveness
  • Update and maintain compensation ranges
  • Support People partners on compensation questions and Talent Acquisition team on offer definitions
  • Participate in salary surveys and provide business benchmarks
  • Contribute to global projects, such as benefits setup and budget definition
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, with in-depth knowledge of C&B practices
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, international environment
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Gsheet
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English language proficiency
