Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our People team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in managing our compensation strategy, ensuring internal equity and competitiveness, and driving process automation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage international compensation, including bonus payouts and equity attributions
- Develop and implement innovative compensation strategies
- Deploy and manage the yearly compensation review process worldwide
- Support our People partners on compensation questions and our Talent Acquisition team on offer definitions
- Participate in salary surveys and provide business benchmarks
- Contribute to global projects, such as benefits setup and budget definition
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, with in-depth knowledge of C&B practices
- Proven track record in fast-growing, international environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excel/Gsheet expertise
- English language proficiency
