The Role

We're seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our People team. As a key member, you'll drive innovative compensation strategies, manage international compensation, and ensure internal equity and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy
  • Manage the yearly compensation review process worldwide
  • Deploy and manage bonus payouts globally
  • Oversee equity attributions, tools, and exercising processes
  • Co-create compensation and benefits supporting documents
  • Guarantee internal equity and competitiveness
  • Update and maintain compensation ranges
  • Support People partners on compensation questions and Talent Acquisition team on offer definitions
  • Participate in salary surveys and provide business benchmarks
  • Contribute to global projects, such as benefits setup, budget definition, and ad-hoc analysis
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation, with in-depth knowledge of C&B practices
  • Proven track record in fast-growing, international environments
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and Excel/Gsheet skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make complex concepts simple and engaging
  • English language proficiency
