Job Title: Compensation SpecialistWe're seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our People team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in managing international compensation, driving innovative compensation strategies, and ensuring internal equity and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage international compensation, including salary reviews and bonus payouts
- Develop and implement innovative compensation strategies
- Deploy and manage the yearly compensation review process worldwide
- Manage equity attributions, tools, and exercising processes
- Co-create compensation and benefits supporting documents
- Ensure internal equity and competitiveness
- Update and maintain compensation ranges according to our philosophy
- Support People partners on compensation questions and Talent Acquisition team on offer definitions
- Participate in salary surveys and provide business benchmarks
- Participate in global projects, such as benefits setup, budget definition, and ad-hoc analysis
- 3+ years of experience in Compensation, with in-depth knowledge of C&B practices
- Experience in a fast-growing, international environment
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and Excel/Gsheet skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English language proficiency
