About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our People team at Back Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the compensation internationally, driving and implementing an innovative compensation strategy, and deploying and managing the yearly compensation review process worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the compensation internationally, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and equity.
  • Develop and implement an innovative compensation strategy that aligns with our company's mission and values.
  • Deploy and manage the yearly compensation review process worldwide, automating and optimizing processes as needed.
  • Manage bonus payouts and equity attributions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with the People team to create and maintain compensation-related documents, such as BSI and individual compensation plans.
  • Ensure internal equity and competitiveness, updating and maintaining compensation ranges as needed.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team on offer definitions and salary surveys, providing benchmarks and insights as needed.
  • Participate in global projects, such as benefits setup, budget definition, and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with a strong understanding of C&B practices.
  • Proven track record of managing international compensation, with a focus on fairness, competitiveness, and equity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make complex concepts simple and engaging.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Gsheet, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
