Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our People team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing compensation internationally, driving innovative compensation strategies, and implementing processes to optimize compensation reviews and bonus payouts worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage compensation internationally, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and equity.
- Develop and implement innovative compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Deploy and manage the yearly compensation review process worldwide, automating and optimizing processes as needed.
- Manage bonus payouts worldwide, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Oversee equity attributions, tools, and exercising processes, ensuring compliance and fairness.
- Co-create BSI/Individual Compensation and Benefits supporting documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Guarantee internal equity and competitiveness, ensuring our compensation packages remain attractive and competitive.
- Update and maintain compensation ranges according to our philosophy, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Support People partners on compensation questions and Talent Acquisition team on offer definitions.
- Participate in salary surveys and provide business benchmarks as needed.
- Contribute to global projects, such as benefits setup, budget definition, forecast, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Significant experience in Compensation (at least 3 years), with in-depth knowledge of C&B practices.
- Proven track record of working in fast-growing and international environments.
- Structured and thorough approach, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent Excel/Gsheet skills, with ability to analyze and present complex data.
- Effective communication skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Fun and enthusiastic personality, with a passion for being part of a rockstar team.
- English language proficiency (no-brainer).
