Job Title:

Global Compensation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation professional to join our team at Havas Media Group Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating compensation and benefits processes, designing and developing compensation policies, and analyzing remuneration schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate C&B processes, including salary planning, bonus planning, and new benefits introduction.
  • Design and develop compensation policies and procedures.
  • Analyze internal equity and external competitiveness of remuneration schemes.
  • Design and develop variable remuneration schemes and track accomplishment.
  • Closely cooperate with external compensation consulting companies.
  • Lead and manage compensation projects for the entire organization.
  • Train line managers on HR and compensation policies.
  • Conduct job valuations using multiple methodologies.
  • Define dashboards and reports to analyze HR data and extract meaningful insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business English.
  • Specialized training or certification in compensation and benefits programs is desirable.
  • Previous experience in compensation and benefits within multinational environments is advantageous.
  • Background in media agency, tech company, data company, or consultancy.
