Compensation and Benefits Specialist

At Louis Vuitton, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy to attract and retain top talent in the Mediterranean region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy to enhance our competitive market positioning and ensure talent attraction and retention.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to Operational HR Leaders and global/regional Compensation and Benefits stakeholders.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and market insights to inform business decisions and meet mandatory reporting requirements.
  • Lead annual salary increase and Individual Compensation Review (ICR) processes, and manage Mediterranean benefits, well-being initiatives, job evaluations, and benchmark vendors.
  • Compile and review people-data across the organization to improve reporting provision, ensure data accuracy, and comply with data protection regulations.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and analytics tools to analyze HR data trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Design and create comprehensive HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders, including executive management.
  • Develop predictive analytics models to forecast future HR trends and support strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in Compensation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Labor relations, Business Administration, Law or similar.
  • English Fluent (another European language is a plus).
  • Knowledge of HR systems (HR SAP, Success Factor).
  • Good knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and legislations.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills.
  • Experienced in MS Office, Excel as priority.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies at Korn Ferry, Mercer (Nice to have).
