The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Hr Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day compensation and benefits-related activities, with the objective of developing competitive and cost-efficient programs that support employee retention and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition, development, and implementation of a C&B strategy that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
- Provide research and analytical support in the design and administration of strategic reward programs.
- Oversee merit and bonus payout processes, including computation, calculations, tracking, final approvals, review, and payment.
- Manage local C&B survey participation in international surveys to obtain local and regional market data.
- Ensure the proper administration of mobility provisions affecting C&B.
- Educate local Human Resources teams on the importance of continuous improvement in C&B responsibilities.
- Manage ongoing audits by regulatory agencies or third-party auditors as needed.
- Suggest and implement steps/processes to improve the administration of C&B, including technological improvements.
- Conduct regular competitive C&B market analysis.
- Complete monthly and annual C&B reporting requirements at regional and corporate levels.
- Ensure recognition and rewards are managed fairly and consistently.
- Stay up-to-date with government regulations governing the C&B area and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Monitor data integrity of various systems.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR systems (HR SAP, Success Factor).
- Good knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and legislations.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with MS Office, Excel, and strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies at Hay Group, Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson (nice to have).
