**About the Role**:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled E-commerce professional to join our team as a Head of E-commerce. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our e-commerce strategy, driving business growth, and improving customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives

• Lead a team of e-commerce professionals to ensure the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform e-commerce strategy and decision-making

• Develop and manage e-commerce budgets and forecasts to ensure financial performance

• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices

**Requirements**:

• 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, GTM, and GA4

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, and analytics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
