Job Title: Global Head of Digital Marketing

Criteo is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of demand generation managers and performance marketers to plan, implement, and measure multi-channel demand generation programs.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns to maximize brand presence and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Field Marketing to prioritize accounts and develop personalized ABM campaigns.
  • Focus on revenue impact over lead metrics and work closely with analytics and digital teams to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented team of demand generation and performance marketing experts.
  • Drive expansion efforts into key markets and lead relationships with external agencies to scale and enhance Criteo's digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience leading demand generation in a B2B tech environment.
  • Deep understanding of how to leverage digital channels and AI to fuel brand amplification and drive revenue.
  • Experience in ABM strategy and execution, with knowledge of the latest trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in key digital channels such as SEO, SEM, Paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), email, and owned media properties.
  • Familiarity with tools like 6sense, Demandbase, Analytic platforms, Google Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills, and demonstrable experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions.
  • Experience in building, scaling, and leading digital marketing teams, with a focus on mentoring talent and driving high-impact results.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.
