Global Head of Digital Marketing

Criteo is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Leader to drive demand, boost revenue, and expand our global reach. As Global Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead a talented team of demand generation managers and performance marketers, developing and executing digital strategies that engage target audiences across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) to maximize brand presence and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Field Marketing to prioritize accounts and develop personalized ABM campaigns tailored to the unique needs of each account.
  • Focus on revenue impact over lead metrics and work closely with analytics and digital teams to interpret data from diverse sources.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented team of demand generation and performance marketing experts.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience leading demand generation in a B2B tech environment.
  • ABM expertise and knowledge of the latest trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in key digital channels such as SEO, SEM, Paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), email, and owned media properties.
  • Familiarity with tools like 6sense, Demandbase, Analytic platforms, Google Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions.
