E-Commerce Head of Paid

We are seeking a highly accomplished E-commerce Head of Paid to join our team at Best Recruitment EU. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for driving the company's core marketing strategy and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and own the marketing strategy for all business lines, with a focus on paid advertising channels.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Set performance-oriented objectives and goals, research target audiences, and develop marketing strategies to drive results.
- Achieve aggressive revenue and profit goals across all digital channels, with a focus on return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Define, measure, and report the performance of paid marketing channels and campaigns, assessing against ROI and KPI goals.
- Track and improve key e-commerce subscription metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn, and payback period.
- Conceive and implement successful marketing campaigns across all viable channels, from channel to ad unit to landing page to purchase experience to lifetime value.
- Provide ongoing reporting, develop actionable insights, and test and learn approach to new initiatives.
- Manage customer segmentation strategy and develop smart attribution modeling to ensure effective targeting and message delivery.
- Drive digital marketing positioning for all websites, including localization, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and digital campaigns.
- Manage a growth team of 3, evaluating new ways to increase efficiency and grow the team.
- Build a marketing department of highly efficient marketing professionals, identifying talent needs, hiring, and managing a high-performing integrated marketing team.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on high-growth companies and e-commerce experience.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Self-starter, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to define goals and prioritize work.
- Proven track record of defining and executing marketing strategies at high-growth companies, with a focus on online marketing and e-commerce.
- Visionary with a driven personality, highly analytical and strategic, yet creative and hands-on.
- ROI-driven approach to marketing, with strong attention to detail.
- Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative, transparent, and hands-on environment.
- Proven ability to analyze reports, dashboards, data, and other tools to make critical decisions and recommendations.
- Hands-on, 'can-do' attitude, and a drive for outcome-focused performance.
