Job Title: Head of Paid Search

Exoticca is a pioneering online travel agency that has revolutionized the conception, production, and e-commerce of long-distance dream trips. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Paid Search to lead our search engine marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEM strategy aligned with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Manage a significant SEM budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Lead a team of SEM specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay current with SEM best-in-class practices, industry trends, and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SEM, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SEM campaigns with a substantial budget of over 7 digits.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
