About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global marketplace organization as the Head of Marketplace. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth, innovation, and transformation in the automotive aftermarket industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global 'Universal Marketplace' organization with a focus on strategic business goals, influencing purchasing decisions, and growing our registered workshop customer base.
- Develop, execute, and improve business plans and strategies to position ZF optimally in the parts B2B marketplace landscape.
- Build, manage, and refine the global 'Universal Marketplace' business unit as a pioneer with a clear USP, full-coverage listings, CX-optimized, and AI-driven digital products.
- Monitor and improve business and financial performance, internationalize and scale the marketplace across several regions and countries, and initiate and drive key business and marketplace improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry and several years of experience in leading teams on a global level in a matrix organization.
- Good domain knowledge of E-Commerce, E-Commerce platforms, or B2B digital marketplaces is a great plus.
- Analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset with the ability to set clear and challenging goals while committing the organization to improved performance.
- Team player and customer-centric attitude with high influencing and impacting skills, managing required organizational transformation, and talent developments.
- Strong global networking skills with the ability to build up trust relations with stakeholders and internal knowledge owners across all businesses.
