Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities team. This role is responsible for understanding AECOM's hiring goals and creating effective recruitment strategies executed through a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leadership to develop and implement innovative strategic plans to address current and future workforce needs.
  • Lead the local Talent Acquisition Team, including oversight of recruitment, stakeholder management, coaching, mentoring, and development to align with organizational talent needs.
  • Own the day-to-day operations and the end-to-end process for recruitment at the regional level and complete regular process improvement assessments.
  • Manage a requisition load and develop and execute innovative strategies to attract diverse talent for hard-to-fill and senior leadership roles.

This role requires a collaborative and strategic mindset, with a focus on building a diverse pipeline of talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
